Welcome to MIAE Mentors. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our crash courses, private tutoring services, website, or educational materials, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or access our services.
1. Eligibility
By enrolling in a MIAE Mentors course or tutoring service, you confirm that:
The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You are authorized to make the purchase.
You are purchasing the course for your own personal educational use.
Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of access without a refund.
2. Personal Use License
Each purchase grants one individual student a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course.
Students may access the course from multiple personal devices (e.g., a laptop, tablet, or phone); however, access is intended solely for the enrolled student and may not be shared with others.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any course materials.
Access may not be shared with any other individual.
3. Account Sharing
Your account is intended for use by one student only.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Sharing your login credentials
Allowing another person to access your account
Simultaneous use of the account by multiple individuals
Purchasing a course for someone else while using your own account
MIAE Mentors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Video lessons
Lecture recordings
Notes
Practice problems
Practice exams
Solutions
Graphics
Images
Documents
Website content
Course organization
These materials remain the exclusive property of MIAE Mentors.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Copy any course materials.
Reproduce course materials.
Record videos or audio.
Screen record any lessons.
Download, upload, or distribute videos.
Upload materials to Discord, Reddit, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform.
Sell or redistribute any course materials.
Share notes with other students.
Post screenshots of course content online.
Remove copyright notices or watermarks.
Modify or create derivative works based on course materials.
Any unauthorized distribution may constitute copyright infringement.
6. Personalized Course Materials
Certain course materials may contain personalized identifiers, including but not limited to:
Student name
Student ID
Watermarks
Purchase information
These identifiers are used to help protect our intellectual property and investigate unauthorized sharing.
7. Course Access
Unless otherwise stated:
Course access is provided for approximately 12 months from the date of purchase.
MIAE Mentors reserves the right to remove access after the access period expires.
Future updates or additional course content are not guaranteed.
8. Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be completed before access is granted.
Failure of payment processing will prevent course access.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once course access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided except where required by applicable law.
Please review the course description carefully before purchasing.
10. Private Tutoring
Private tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Students are expected to arrive on time.
If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice.
Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited and non-refundable.
Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance is non-refundable.
Specific tutoring policies may be communicated separately at the time of booking.
11. Educational Disclaimer
MIAE Mentors provides educational resources intended to supplement classroom learning.
We do not guarantee:
Passing any examination
Achieving a specific grade
Admission into any academic program
Academic success
Individual results depend on each student’s preparation, effort, attendance, and study habits.
12. Communication
By purchasing a course, you consent to receiving communications related to your purchase, including:
Enrollment confirmations
Course information
Customer support
Technical updates
Responses to course-related questions
We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
13. Privacy
Information collected during registration may include:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Student ID
University
Program of study
This information is used solely for:
Verifying enrollment
Providing customer support
Communicating with students

14. Academic Integrity

Students remain responsible for complying with the academic integrity policies of their university.
MIAE Mentors does not encourage or support academic misconduct.

Shares account credentials
Uses the course for commercial purposes
Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIAE Mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our courses, tutoring services, or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the applicable product or service.
